Demo tracks and additional music samples produced by an international team, including Chris Baedorf (Canada), Section 63 (UK), Erik Polder (Sweden), Peter Tomlinson (Australia), and Histibe (Ukraine). Produced and creatively directed by Histibe, renowned for blending cinematic textures with experimental sound, featuring vocals by Viacheslav Dvorskyi, son of the legendary Ukrainian folk singer Pavlo Dvorskyi. Each performance preserves the depth, emotion, and tradition of Ukrainian singing, bridging centuries-old folk heritage with modern cinematic expression. CONCEPT + STORY

In the summer of 2023, under the shadow of war, a creative journey began between Maks Histibe in Kyiv and Viacheslav Dvorskyi in Chernivtsi. Across fragile internet connections, the two built a bridge of sound — one rooted in the ancient voice of Ukraine, the other in modern cinematic vision. Each recording session was more than music; it was a testament to resilience. Maks guided the process with careful direction, shaping the raw beauty of Dvorskyi’s voice into a living archive of strength, sorrow, and hope.

Over two years, as the war raged on, this dialogue of sound grew into something larger. Maks reached across borders to connect with five composers from Canada, the UK, Sweden, Australia, and Germany. From their studios around the world, they contributed musical textures and loops, uniting cultures in a rare collaboration without boundaries. Together, they wove a tapestry of sound where ancient Ukrainian folk motifs met modern cinematic sound design.

The result is HEROIC FOLK VOCALS OF UKRAINE — a one-of-a-kind vocal library that carries both the scars and the beauty of its time. Every vocal loop, chant, and melody carries the richness of heritage. Every cinematic texture resonates with the spirit of resilience.
