Voice Of The Sun – Sunflower invites you to explore the soul of Ukrainian tradition through deeply emotive lyrical phrases, chromatic vowel sustains, staccatos, and expressive swells. This virtual instrument marks a new horizon in our vocal series, balancing authentic cultural heritage with modern playability. This project was developed in close partnership with session producer, director, and engineer Maks Histibe. Drawing from the creative vision behind Swords to Ploughshares, Maks hand-selected 864 lyrical phrases derived from Ukrainian poetic literature dating from 1698–1905.
This version of the library features an advanced user interface with presets designed for the full version of Kontakt. It also includes unlocked WAV samples, giving you direct access to the original recordings for use in your own productions. In total, you’ll find 1.75 GB of original content, suitable for a wide range of creative applications, including songwriting, electronic music, trailer music, and film and game soundtracks.

Maks Histibe is a Ukrainian filmmaker, music producer, and sound designer whose work bridges cinematic storytelling, cutting-edge audio technology, and creative innovation. As the founder of Mask Movement, he has collaborated with leading companies including Native Instruments, Arturia, Loopmasters, Soundiron, FL Studio, Rycote, Expressive E, GoPro, Atomos and Panasonic, creating acclaimed sample libraries, virtual instruments, films, and audiovisual productions used by creators worldwide. Known for blending artistic vision with technical precision, Maks develops professional tools and products with a strong focus on sound quality, usability, and attention to detail. His work has been featured by international audio brands and media, earning recognition for its originality, craftsmanship, and immersive sound design. Based in Kyiv, Ukraine, Maks continues to create music, films, and innovative creative products while documenting life during wartime and collaborating with artists and companies around the world.
Kristina Glushenkova is an independent Ukrainian singer and vocal teacher based in Kyiv. A passionate young artist, she has performed as a vocalist and brings a distinctive, expressive voice to every performance.
Voice of the Sun – Sunflower was recorded at Letti Music, a recording studio and record label based in Kyiv, owned by Serhii Bilaniuk.

Recorded in Ah, Oo, and Hummed articulations, these sounds offer maximum flexibility for creating expressive melodic performances.
Custom Soundscapes & Textures: The library also includes 60 signature custom soundscapes, synth leads, and pads, crafted directly from the original vocal recordings. These atmospheric textures provide a powerful foundation for cinematic scoring, electronic production, and experimental sound design.
